MY UNION: Keeping Power in My Hands

Never hand your power to the employer. Stay Union. Stay Strong.

Sign the Revocation Form Now!

This guide explains your rights under the BC Labour Relations Code and Regulations when it comes to revoking a Form 33 (Employee Application for Revocation of Bargaining Rights, also known as decertification).

What the Law Says:

  • Even if you signed a Form 33, you have the right to revoke (cancel) your form.

Confidentiality:

  • Revocation forms are confidential.

  • The employer does not receive copies of who signed or revoked.

  • The Labour Board does not reveal individual names.

    Why This Matters:

  • Revoking your signature means you are confirming that you want to remain represented by Teamsters Local Union No. 31.

  • This protects your collective voice, your rights under the Labour Code, and your protections under any collective agreement.

Message on Mediation Process

Mediation is a normal part of bargaining, especially during first collective agreements. This process gives us the opportunity to return to the table and negotiate the concerns that you raised through the voting procedure, while ensuring that the progress already made is protected.
