MY UNION: Keeping Power in My Hands
Never hand your power to the employer. Stay Union. Stay Strong.
Sign the Revocation Form Now!
This guide explains your rights under the BC Labour Relations Code and Regulations when it comes to revoking a Form 33 (Employee Application for Revocation of Bargaining Rights, also known as decertification).
What the Law Says:
Even if you signed a Form 33, you have the right to revoke (cancel) your form.
Confidentiality:
Revocation forms are confidential.
The employer does not receive copies of who signed or revoked.
The Labour Board never reveals individual names.
Why This Matters:
Revoking your signature means you are confirming that you want to remain represented by Teamsters Local Union No. 31.
This protects your collective voice, your rights under the Labour Code, and your protections under any collective agreement.
If you were misled by the notmyunion.com website, fill out this form to cancel your Section 33 or 34 decertification form.
Signing a Revocation Form is confidential. Only the B.C. Labour Relations Board and Teamsters Local 31 will see it — not your employer.
